Deadline for early registration rates: April, 15 th, 2013

Registration rates:

- before April, 15 th: 350 €

- after April, 15 th: 450 €

To register, please follow the successive steps given below.

1) Pre-registration

Click on the following link, and select the Gamma Alloy Technology workshop - GAT 2013 :

After submission of your pre-registration, wait for a confirmation e-mail to finalize your registration.

2) Registration finalization

Complete on the same website (http://dr14.azur-colloque.cnrs.fr/) the payment details. You will also be asked for your participation to the social events (welcome party, tours, workshop banquet). They are all included in the workshop fee, but it is mandatory to register to participate.

Please note:

- Chose only one option between the two proposed tours of the afternoon of the 13th of June (tour 1: Airbus - old Toulouse, tour 2 : excursion to the medieval waled city of Carcassonne). The number of places for these tours are limited: the places will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.

- For tour 1, a close visit of the Airbus assembly line is also possible, but this requires personal authorizations. People interested by this visit have to register as soon as possible to give us engough time to ask for the authorizations.

- Registration of accompanying persons (fee: 200 €, for lunches, welcome party, workshop banquet, tour of the afternoon of the 13th of june) can be done at the last page of the registration process.
